Do I need an account to play?

You need a free account to create or join a pool. Sign up with email or Google in seconds — no credit card required for the Free plan.

How do I invite friends?

Every pool has a private invite link. Share it via text, WhatsApp, email or anywhere else. Anyone with the link can join your pool.

What kinds of pools can I create?

Four formats: Playoff Bracket (full bracket from quarter-finals to final), Pick the Winner (single tournament winner), Match by Match (predict each game), and Custom — including a Ranking / multiplayer mode for games like cards or board games where you rank participants 1→N.

Can I use an official tournament draw?

Yes. We maintain official draws for major tournaments. When you create a pool you can link it to an official draw, and scores will update centrally as results come in.

How does scoring work?

By default you get 1 point per correct pick, with optional +2 bonus for predicting the exact score. Some formats use weighted scoring (later rounds worth more). Ranking pools award custom points per correct position (e.g. 10 / 6 / 3 / 1 / 0).

What does it cost?

Free for pools up to 5 players. Group plan unlocks pools up to 15 players. League plan unlocks unlimited players and all features. See the Pricing page for current rates in CAD, USD, EUR, GBP, AUD and CHF.

Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?

No. The Free plan requires no credit card. You only pay if you upgrade because your pool exceeds the player limit or you want League features.

When am I asked to pay?

If you select Free, no payment is required unless you go past 5 players. If you select Group, you pay at pool creation and can upgrade if you exceed 15 players. If you select League, you pay at pool creation. Payment is per pool.

Is payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Can I get a receipt?

Yes. Every payment generates a receipt available in Account → Billing & receipts.

When do picks lock?

Each matchup or game has a lock time set by the pool owner. Once locked, picks can no longer be changed and become visible to all members.

Can I see other players' picks?

Picks are hidden until the deadline passes, so nobody can copy. The pool owner can always see all picks to manage the pool.

How do I update a result?

Pool owners can enter the actual score on each matchup. If the pool is linked to an official draw, the platform owner updates results centrally and they propagate to every pool using that draw.

Is my data private?

Yes. Pools are private and only accessible to people you invite. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Can I delete a pool?

Yes. Pool creators can delete their own pools from the dashboard. Deleting a pool removes all picks, players and history for that pool.

Can I delete my account?

Yes — contact us and we'll permanently delete your account and all associated data.
